Cocktail of the Month

Beat the Desert Heat With Refreshing Specialty Drinks

A dash of orange. A bit of lemon. And some good old-fashioned orange marmalade. Mix
these sweet flavors with popular fruit liquors and a specialty cocktail is born.

The Orange Blossom is all the rage at The La Quinta Resort and Spa in La Quinta.
Inspired by Skyy Spirit’s new line of 100 percent naturally infused vodka, Skyy
Infusions.

Orange Blossom

1.5 oz Skyy Passion Fruit
1/2 oz Citronge
1 oz Fresh Orange
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 teaspoon Orange Marmalade

Shaken and served over ice in a tall glass.

Garnished w an orange wheel inside glass

Mixologists are hard at work here in the Coachella Valley creating new flavors and original liquid recipes for all of you drink aficionados, so check back each month for our recommended cocktail, or suggest one of your recent samplings. Till then, drink up!
